We understand that compensation matters, which is why we offer competitive hourly starting rates in every market we serve.

Compensation: $17.00/hour
Shift: On Call ***Open availability required***

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering outstanding customer service is always your primary focus.
  • Monitoring and surveying the premises while providing reports on activities at your designated location.
  • Responding swiftly in critical situations.
  • Effectively documenting detailed reports.
  • Understanding when and how to enforce client policies, regulations, and standards.
  • Conducting patrols of the assigned property.
  • Ensuring customer safety during occupancy and after hours.
Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid Level 3 Security License with the TXDPS.
  • Personal Level 3 equipment, including firearm, duty belt, holster, etc., is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Armed Security.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is necessary.
  • Ability to successfully complete an extensive screening process.
  • Valid driver's license without restriction B.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Able to climb stairs, walk, and/or stand for extended periods.
  • Demonstrated stable work history is required.
  • COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory.
