Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Security Operations Specialist to join our expanding team in the Texas area. Our organization values diversity and inclusivity, and we are committed to delivering outstanding service to our clients while recognizing that our employees are our greatest asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a secure environment for both clients and staff by performing general security duties.
- Maintain vigilance to identify, rectify, and report any potential hazards.
- Adhere to DSI and client protocols, including specific post instructions.
- Engage in training sessions to familiarize yourself with safety procedures and DSI's safety manual.
- Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, advanced computer proficiency, and effective communication abilities, both written and verbal. Experience with multi-line phone systems and CCTV operations is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft applications is required.
Preferred System Familiarity:
Experience with Manitou, Genetec, and Milestone systems is advantageous.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A valid driver's license and Texas Security License are mandatory.
- Reliable transportation and communication means are necessary.
- Successful completion of background and drug screenings is required.
