Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at our Distribution Center. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for applying adhesive to various styles of buttons and ensuring product quality meets customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paperwork and Communication
    • Read and understand all procedures related to work orders
    • Complete all paperwork with accurate information
    • Communicate necessary information with Supervisor
  • Adhesive Application
    • Pull correct materials for each work order
    • Follow FIFO (First-In-First-Out) procedure
  • Inspection and Packaging
    • Proper inspection of buttons and adhesive alignment
    • Follow all inspection procedures
    • Correctly write Lot information on all paperwork and labels if required
    • Package all products according to customer specifications
    • Ensure Dock Audits are performed, by the Quality Department, before orders are forwarded to Shipping
    • Fulfill supply orders when needed

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience
    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • 1-2 years of experience in distribution, production, or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Skills
    • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
    • Ability to work in a team setting
    • Willingness to perform other tasks not related to job description
