Job Summary

Mativ is a global leader in specialty materials, and we are seeking a skilled Mirror Button Assembler to join our team at our Woodville, WI Distribution Center. As a key member of our Advanced Materials and Structures business unit, you will be responsible for applying adhesive to various button styles and ensuring product quality meets customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and understand all procedures related to work orders, ensuring accurate completion of paperwork and communication with supervisors.
  • Pull correct materials for each work order, following FIFO (First-In-First-Out) procedures.
  • Properly inspect buttons and adhesive alignment, adhering to all inspection procedures.
  • Correctly write Lot ID#, Load ID#, and expiration dates on all paperwork and labels if required.
  • Package products according to customer specifications, ensuring Dock Audits are performed by the Quality Department before orders are forwarded to Shipping.
  • Fill out supply orders when needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in distribution, production, or manufacturing environment preferred, but not required.
