Current Opportunities:
We are seeking Button Assembly Technicians for the 1st Shift at our Distribution Center. The Button Assembly Technician plays a crucial role in applying adhesive to various button styles while ensuring that the product aligns with customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation
  • Comprehend and adhere to all procedures related to work orders.
  • Accurately complete all documentation with the required information.
  • Effectively communicate all pertinent information to the Supervisor.
Adhesive Application
  • Select appropriate materials for each work order.
  • Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) methodology.
Product Inspection & Packaging
  • Conduct thorough inspections of buttons and adhesive alignment.
  • Follow all established inspection protocols.
  • Accurately record Lot ID#, Load ID#, and expiration dates on all necessary documentation and labels.
  • Package products in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Ensure that Dock Audits are conducted by the Quality Department prior to forwarding orders to Shipping.
  • Complete supply orders as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a distribution, production, or manufacturing setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Essential Skills:
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Capacity to work well within a team.
  • Willingness to undertake additional tasks beyond the job description.
