We are seeking an experienced Radiation Therapist to join our team at Veracity as a Radiation Therapy Team Lead. This is a critical role in our cancer treatment department, and we are looking for someone with strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

About the Role:

As a Radiation Therapy Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, collaborating with management, and ensuring accurate radiation therapy delivery. You will work closely with our team of radiation oncologists, physicists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Simulate treatment set-ups according to physician instruction
  • Perform dosimetric calculations under supervision
  • Deliver prescribed radiation therapy courses accurately
  • Organize and monitor daily therapist workflow
  • Advise physicians on undelivered patient treatments
  • Report accidents, complaints, and treatment variances to management

Requirements:

  • Graduate of accredited school of Radiation Therapy Technology
  • Certified Radiation Therapist by American Registry of Radiation Therapy Technologists (ARRT-T)
  • Licensed by Texas Department of Health (TMB)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Radiation Therapist

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year
