About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partner Success Associate to join our Expedia Group team. As a Partner Success Associate, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing business strategies that improve Expedia Group's Lodging products in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise Lodging Partners on the use of Expedia Group's toolkit to increase the number of travelers they attract on the Expedia Group platform.
  • Support new partners to ramp up and sustain their hotel revenue and market share on the Expedia Group platform.
  • Communicate special offers from Expedia Group's loyal customer base and promotional deals that allow them to benefit from Expedia Group's merchandising and marketing efforts.
  • Educate Lodging Partners on the self-service features available on Partner Central.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field; or equivalent related professional experience.
  • 1-3 years account management, sales, customer engagement, commercial, Business to Business, or related experience.
  • Able to work independently as well as be a strong team worker, ensuring the whole team wins.
  • Demonstrate ability to work based on a variety of targets, goals, and/or strategic objectives set by the leadership team.
  • Appetite for innovative technology, fast-changing business environment, robust data-driven analysis.
  • Proficiency in English. Other language skills may be required depending on the location of the position.
  • Presents ideas and directives clearly and persuasively; actively listens when spoken/presented to.
  • Ability to effectively communicate to various levels and through a variety of communication channels.
  • Ability to handle objections, secure commitments, and be resilient.
  • Possesses outstanding listening, investigating, and influencing skills.
