The Partner Success Associate plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing and implementing strategies that enhance Expedia Group's Lodging products in assigned territories. This role ensures that properties remain competitive, attractive, and relevant to our expanding global customer base.
This position is an entry point into Expedia Group's Travel Partnerships Division and is part of our Partner Growth and Agility Team. Our mission is to empower Lodging Partners to effectively reach their revenue and occupancy goals by leveraging Expedia Group's vast global traveler demand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise Lodging Partners on utilizing Expedia Group's toolkit to maximize traveler attraction on the Expedia Group platform.
- Support new partners in ramping up and sustaining hotel revenue and market share on the Expedia Group platform.
- Communicate special offers from Expedia Group's loyal customer base and promotional deals that benefit from Expedia Group's merchandising and marketing efforts.
- Educate Lodging Partners on the self-service features available on Partner Central.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, customer engagement, commercial, Business to Business, or related fields.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring collective success.
- Demonstrate ability to work towards various targets, goals, and strategic objectives set by the leadership team.
- Proficiency in English; other language skills may be required depending on the position's location.
