Companion Care Provider

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to provide companion care to an independent adult client in Cambridge.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to build relationships and provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the client with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life.
- Communicate effectively with the client and other providers to ensure quality of service.
- Document and report relevant information to maintain accurate records.
Working Conditions:
The companion will work mostly evening and night hours, with some flexibility to work a different job during the day.
Benefits:
A stipend fee of $125 per week, plus the benefit of residing in a rent-free apartment in Cambridge, including respite breaks when needed.
