Educational Mobility Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Educational Mobility Specialist to join our team at Wyndy LLC. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring safe and efficient transportation services for students, while also fostering positive relationships with parents and community stakeholders.

About the Job:

You will be responsible for coordinating daily transportation schedules and routes for schools near 23185, collaborating with school administrators to address student transportation needs, ensuring compliance with state and district transportation policies and regulations, coordinating and supervising school bus drivers and monitors, monitoring fleet maintenance and repair activities, resolving transportation-related issues in a timely manner, maintaining accurate transportation records and documentation, and assisting in budgeting and resource allocation for transportation services.

Key Tasks:
  • Develop and implement effective transportation strategies to meet the needs of students and schools
  • Collaborate with school administrators to develop and implement policies and procedures related to student transportation
  • Ensure that all transportation activities are conducted in accordance with state and district regulations and policies
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of school bus drivers and monitors
  • Monitor and report on the condition and maintenance of school buses and equipment
  • Address any transportation-related issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Budget and manage resources for transportation services

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
