Colonial Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled Credentialing Specialist to join our team. As a Credentialing Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of credentialing applications for our healthcare providers. You will work closely with our provider network, interacting with clients, coworkers, and the public in a professional and courteous manner.

Your responsibilities will include interpreting and completing applications, maintaining up-to-date provider information and credentialing documentation, and providing education to staff on the credentialing process. You will also be required to maintain confidentiality and adhere to established standards. This is an hourly position offering flexible scheduling, with hours consistent with standard business hours (Monday-Friday). The salary range for this position is $17.50 - $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform duties related to credentialing agency staff with private insurances and managed care organizations.
  • Maintain provider information and credentialing documentation.
  • Provide education to staff on the credentialing process.
