Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Travel Nurse RN Specialist to join our team in providing compassionate hospice care to patients in Williamsburg, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospice nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care and education to patients and their families
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in hospice care

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid RN license and current BLS certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in hospice nursing
