General Overview:
Deliver enrollment assistance to prospective students and provide academic guidance to those engaged in developmental courses at CCAC.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- At least two years of experience in human services working with diverse groups

- Dedication to fostering student achievement

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with Enrollment Services personnel to conduct follow-up initiatives
  • Document and analyze applicant enrollment activity results
  • Guide students in formulating educational plans
  • Track student advancement and offer necessary support
  • Engage in student orientation activities
  • Provide coaching aimed at academic excellence
  • Direct students to appropriate support services as required
  • Create and maintain necessary reports
  • Execute other related responsibilities as assigned
