Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time

Compensation: $18-20 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with individuals who may benefit from hearing assistance, sharing our commitment to enhancing their auditory experience.
  • Guide customers to our specialized hearing aid center within the retail environment.
  • Facilitate comprehensive hearing assessments and purchasing processes during member interactions.
  • Achieve a target of at least four immediate or scheduled hearing evaluations each day for the hearing aid specialist or audiologist.
  • Promote our range of non-hearing aid products to members who may not currently experience hearing loss.
  • Provide education on all product offerings, both hearing aids and non-hearing aids, during member engagements.
  • Support the Hearing Aid Specialist as needed, including reaching out to previous clients and medical referrals to arrange follow-up appointments.

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated sales experience.
  • Highly energetic and personable demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
  • Preferred background in retail sales.
  • Interest in pursuing a career as a Hearing Aid Specialist is a plus.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
