Warranty Claims Specialist

As a Warranty Claims Specialist at RT Holdings LLC, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing documentation and submitting warranty claims to manufacturers or distributors.
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure adherence to manufacturer and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely processing of warranty claims for each franchise or distributor.
  • Ensuring all warranty documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Reconciling warranty receivables with corresponding payments.
  • Promptly submitting rejected claims or obtaining necessary authorizations for write-offs.
  • Following up on outstanding claims to ensure timely payment.
  • Tracking warranty parts and coordinating their shipment or disposal.
  • Maintaining service records as mandated by the warranty provider.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Genuine interest and understanding of the automotive industry.
  • Strong customer service skills and active listening capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions and information.
