Automotive Warranty Coordinator

As a Warranty Claims Specialist at RT Holdings LLC, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing documentation and submitting warranty claims to manufacturers or distributors.
- Conducting regular audits to ensure adherence to manufacturer and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely processing of warranty claims for each franchise or distributor.
- Ensuring all warranty documentation is accurate and complete.
- Reconciling warranty receivables with corresponding payments.
- Promptly submitting rejected claims or obtaining necessary authorizations for write-offs.
- Following up on outstanding claims to ensure timely payment.
- Tracking warranty parts and coordinating their shipment or disposal.
- Maintaining service records as mandated by the warranty provider.
Requirements:
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine interest and understanding of the automotive industry.
- Strong customer service skills and active listening capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to understand and follow instructions and information.
*Candidates will be required to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
