Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher/Utility Employee to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes #157. As a key member of our bakery operations, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, sanitized, and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Wash, rinse, and sanitize all baking pans, dishes, utensils, and other tools in a thorough and timely manner, adhering to our high standards.
  • Monitor sanitization levels to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
  • Perform routine cleaning of windows, shelves, counters, refrigerator, cooler, and bathroom.
  • Clean, sanitize, and restock the workstation, ensuring all cleaning supplies are prepared for the next shift.
  • Assist in unloading, processing, and storage of weekly supplies delivery.
  • Support team members in cleaning and organizing workstations as needed.
  • Comply with all health and safety guidelines and company policies, including dress code and personal hygiene.
  • Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.
Requirements
  • Ability to understand written and oral directions, interpret instructional documents, and apply knowledge to perform job responsibilities.
  • Physical ability to perform repetitious tasks, lift items of moderate to heavyweight, and stand for extended periods.
  • Discipline and attention to detail to adhere to health and safety practices and work environment standards.
  • Diligence, organization, and self-motivation to operate independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Dishwasher or in an operational support role at a bakery, restaurant, or foodservice environment.
  • Bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish are preferred.
Work Availability

We require flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on changing business demands.
