Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes. As a Baker, you will be responsible for ensuring that our cakes meet the highest quality standards and are consistently created to delight our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow proprietary recipes and production methods to create high-quality cakes
  • Effectively utilize commercial-grade mixers and ovens to bake cakes
  • Accurately prepare raw ingredients and equipment for baking
  • Monitor the baking process and ensure cakes meet quality standards
  • Assist in the development of cake production plans and monitor inventory of baking supplies
  • Evaluate raw ingredients and baked cakes to ensure quality standards are met
  • Clean and sanitize the workstation and ensure all baking supplies are prepared for the next shift
Requirements
  • Ability to understand written and oral directions and apply knowledge to perform job responsibilities
  • Ability to perform repetitious, physical tasks that require strength and endurance
  • Ability to operate commercial-grade ovens and other bakery equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Ability to maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Baker or in another operational support role at a bakery, restaurant, or foodservice environment
  • Ability to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Compensation

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
