We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at The Lovesac Company. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive and engaging store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience for every customer.
- Utilize our proprietary selling process to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including features, benefits, and promotions.
- Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, and store maintenance to ensure a clean and organized store environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and support store initiatives.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
