Banquet Bartender Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Bartender to join our team at the Marriott Savannah Riverfront. As a Banquet Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to guests attending banquets, weddings, and other special events.

**Responsibilities:**

* Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
* Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
* Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed to ensure seamless service
* Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service
* Adhere to all state and local laws regarding the service of alcohol
* Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet events, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience as a Banquet Bartender or similar role
* Excellent knowledge of a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences
* Ability to stand for extended periods of time
* Must be at least 21 years of age
* High school diploma or equivalent

**Note:**

This is an on-call position, requiring flexibility to work when conventions are scheduled at the hotel. As a tipped position, you will have the opportunity to earn additional income through guest gratuities.
