The responsibilities of the Inventory Control Specialist encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Processing orders according to customer specifications and ensuring order accuracy
  • Maintaining precise inventory records and addressing any discrepancies
  • Receiving and verifying shipments, and organizing inventory in designated areas
  • Adhering to established safety protocols
  • Conducting cycle counts as scheduled by our proprietary inventory management system
  • Documenting transaction details accurately in our proprietary system
  • Upholding a clean and organized workspace
  • Performing any additional tasks as assigned by the Site Manager

Qualifications for the Inventory Control Specialist position include, but are not limited to:

  • A minimum of 12 months of relevant experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with on-site team members

Additional Information:

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods

Work Environment: Warehouse setting with limited outdoor exposure
Training/Certifications: Comprehensive training will be provided
Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11am - 8pm
Education: High School Diploma or GED required
