Aerotek Job Overview

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install or replace machinery, equipment, and new or replacement parts and instruments
  • Initiate and complete work orders
  • Use the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Observe mechanical devices and equipment in operation and troubleshoot
  • Disassemble broken or defective equipment to facilitate repair

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
