Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join our team at Cedar Point. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining plumbing systems across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including piping for gas, water, sewer, air, and other fixtures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with plumbing systems, including steam and hot water boilers, swimming pool and chlorination systems, and gas-fired equipment.
  • Perform winterization of plumbing and pool systems to ensure proper functioning during off-seasons.
  • Operate equipment such as pipe threaders, sewer augers, and other tools necessary for piping systems.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to Cedar Fair Safety guidelines and requirements.
Requirements
  • Journeyman plumber certification in the plumbers union.
  • City of Sandusky plumbing license.
  • Ability to lift and carry 51 pounds or more with assistance.
  • Ability to push and pull 26-50 pounds.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Pass a mandatory drug test and background check.
