Job Title: Center-Based Board-Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Applied ABC. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality clinical services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

Job Summary:

The BCBA will be responsible for maintaining an active caseload and meeting 120 billable utilization hours per month. This will include supervision, treatment planning, and behavioral skills training. The BCBA will also provide behavior analytic supervision to ABA therapists and support their caseload by providing behavior analytic supervision to ABA therapists.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an active caseload and meet 120 billable utilization hours per month.
  • Provide behavior analytic supervision to ABA therapists.
  • Support caseload by providing behavior analytic supervision to ABA therapists.
  • Administer skills assessments, preference, and reinforcer assessments.
  • Provide programming to support students to achieve their treatment goals.
  • Create behavior support plans based on individual needs and behaviors.
  • Provide family training sessions and consider family level of experience.
  • Set up data collection systems and ensure ongoing and accurate data collection.
  • Attend team meetings for coordination of care and report on current levels of behaviors.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or related field.
  • Active Board certification - passed the BACB exam for behavior analysts.
  • Current 8-hour supervision certificate - certified to provide supervision to RBT's and has supervisory experience.
  • Experience creating behavior support plans and administering various skills assessments.
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, of all ages.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work in the US and relocate or travel to office location (in person required).
