Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing behavioral treatment to clients, conducting behavioral assessments, and developing behavior plans. Responsibilities
  • Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and provide behavior analytic interpretations of the results.
  • Develop and implement behavior plans to address challenging behaviors and promote positive behavior change.
  • Provide direct behavioral treatment to clients, including replacement skills training, social skills training, crisis de-escalation, group behavioral treatment, individual behavioral treatment, and skills coaching.
  • Monitor restraint use and provide training to reduce.
  • Participate in Behavior Intervention Committee, Human Rights Committee, and other relevant committees, as assigned.
Requirements
  • Doctoral or Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to individuals and other employees of the organization.
