Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management Security Engineer to join our team at Seminole Hard Rock Support Services. This individual will play a critical role in supporting our Key IAM ecosystem and will be responsible for helping to transform our organization into a more efficient and secure entity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement IAM Strategy
    • Develop a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for Identity and Access Management, ensuring scalability, resilience, and a seamless end-user experience.
  • Expertise in IAM Systems
    • Have expertise in Identity and Access Management Systems, as well as Single Sign-On SAAS solutions.
  • Integration and Development
    • Integrate IAM systems with in-house applications, third-party applications, and SaaS applications for provisioning, identity authentication, access control, and developing connectors between IAM tools and other resources.
  • Enterprise IAM Initiatives
    • Demonstrate a proven track record in designing, executing, and managing enterprise IAM initiatives in a complex organizational environment.
  • Key Performance Indicators
    • Develop and implement appropriate Key Performance Indicators and metrics to demonstrate progress and results, including the development of scorecards/dashboards.
  • Team Leadership
    • Responsible for overseeing day-to-day IAM operations, building, and leading a team of analysts.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Have excellent verbal and written skills and be comfortable presenting ideas and issues to different levels within and outside of the organization, including executive leadership, customers, auditors, governance committees, etc.

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience
    • BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability.
  • Technical Expertise
    • 3-5 years of experience building Identity & Access Management solutions using Sailpoint IdentityNow.
    • 3+ years operating Sailpoint IAM tools in an engineering role, including the integration of SailPoint IdentityNow with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and other SAAS such as Salesforce.
    • Knowledge and experience with Identity Management solutions, like Kerberos, SSO, OAuth0, SAML, and OIDC.
    • Development experience with scripting languages as well as automation frameworks for IGA systems (e.g., Java, BeanShell).
    • Experience with consuming API endpoints using tools like Postman and natively from code.
    • Experience with SailPoint Custom Rules and Transforms a plus.
    • Ability to query large amounts of data from DBs using SQL.
    • Data analysis experience with Spreadsheets (vlookup, pivot tables, etc.).
    • 3+ years lead and experience in managing teams a plus.
