We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to fill a key role in our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development software development leadership and a deep understanding of agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.

Lead technical aspects of project delivery ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices.

Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver scalable and robust ServiceNow implementations.

Perform system integrations and automation of processes within the ServiceNow platform.

Troubleshoot issues, debug software, and perform root cause analysis.

Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and leadership on ServiceNow development and project execution.

Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, ACLs, and client scripts.

Ensure compliance with security best practices and company policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

2 years of ServiceNow experience with a focus on development and implementation.

3 years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a development lead role.

ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.

At least 1 ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and/or Application Developer Certifications.

Agile methodology certifications, such as ICAgile Certified or Certified Scrum Master.

CompTIA Security certification (Required for IT1 Administrators).

Demonstrated experience leading development teams and projects using ServiceNow and software development best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

2 ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and/or Application Developer Certifications.

Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and/or other ServiceNow modules.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ITIL practices.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with clients and technical teams.

Candidates must be United States citizens or legal permanent residents. Proof of legal residence and work authorization in the United States is required.
