Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to work with a large financial customer. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations, with a strong background in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions to support critical business functions.

This individual will have hands-on experience in building scalable and robust ServiceNow solutions, ensuring best practices are followed in IT operations, infrastructure management, and platform integrations. The role requires a comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow modules, proficiency in development and configuration, and the ability to prescribe and architect solutions for complex IT challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and design scalable solutions using ServiceNow to address ITSM and IT Operations needs.
  • Develop a high-level architectural framework for ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the development and configuration of key ServiceNow modules, including Asset Management, Configuration Management, Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
  • Develop workflows, scripts, and integrations to support ITSM, ITOM, and infrastructure management processes.
  • Serve as the technical expert and problem solver for issues and requirements related to ServiceNow.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of IT experience, with a focus on ITSM, IT Operations, and Infrastructure.
  • 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, architecture, and configuration.
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules, including Asset Management, Configuration Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Event Management, and ServiceNow Tool Integrations.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing complex ServiceNow solutions that align with IT service and operations processes.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Jelly, Glide) and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow ITOM and Discovery for infrastructure and event management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow API integrations (REST, SOAP) and integrating with other enterprise tools.
