Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 9 years of experience in employee benefits consulting, particularly in public sector retirement plans.
  • Bachelor's degree with ASA accreditation (FSA preferred).
  • Strong business acumen, exceptional relationship-building skills, and effective communication abilities.
  • Leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to deliver actionable solutions.
  • Ability to travel as needed to serve clients.
