Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Attendant to join our team at Stratton Mountain Resort. As a key member of our Fitness & Training Center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and members, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests and members, ensuring a positive first impression of our resort.
  • Process membership applications, retail sales, and other transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, maintaining a clean and organized facility.
  • Book massages, tennis lessons, court times, and personal training sessions, ensuring seamless scheduling and communication.
  • Follow and enforce all safety rules and facility regulations, prioritizing the well-being of our guests and staff.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a strong focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems and software.
