Key Responsibilities
  • Check guests in and out of Stratton lodging
  • Anticipate and address guest issues
  • Prepare welcome packets for arrivals
  • Answer phone calls and provide general information about the resort
  • Keep the front desk area tidy
  • Sell select products to guests
  • Assist guests with rates and information regarding their visit
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and delegate tasks as needed
