Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Client Advisor to join our team at Balenciaga America Inc. in Atlanta Lenox Square. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals and contribute to the growth of the store
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards and ensure a consistent brand image
  • Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide support with day-to-day operations
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or fashion industry
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and exceed individual and store goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with a genuine passion for the fashion industry
