Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test compressed air equipment on-site to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Perform preventative maintenance inspections on compressed air equipment to prevent downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Advise customers on equipment needs, maintenance, and repairs to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Document work performed and submit reports timely to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate customer service and ensure seamless communication.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the team and achieve business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum of 4 years of industrial equipment maintenance experience.
  • Strong time management and task prioritization skills to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to drive results and achieve business objectives.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
