We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Movement Search & Delivery. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of maintenance personnel to ensure the effective maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance plans to prevent equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems, automotive systems, and exhaust systems, as well as knowledge of federal and state regulations.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with operations, maintenance personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution of maintenance activities.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Identify and resolve complex maintenance issues, analyze data to inform maintenance decisions, and develop solutions to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising maintenance personnel, with a strong background in manufacturing and automotive industries.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP PM module, with experience in financial analysis, project management, and continuous improvement.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
