Job Description:

HexaQuEST Health, Inc. is seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our clinical staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for examinations and assist clinical staff with examination procedures.
  • Takes accurate vital signs, performs necessary lab work, and ensures that proper documentation is included in the patient's record prior to providers visit.
  • Notes appropriate history and reason for visit including: prenatal, immunization, smoking, medical history
  • Updates allergy and medication list.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an approved Licensed Vocational Nursing program with an associates or equivalent degree.
  • Current California LVN license or interim permit for LVN.
  • Current CPR certification.
What We Offer:
  • Normal weekday shifts.
  • Less than 1 year of experience required.
  • 40 minimum guaranteed hours.
Special Requirements:
  • Must be currently active.
  • Cerner EMR system used.
