Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Reviewer to join our team at InsideHigherEd. As a Clinical Nurse Reviewer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case Review and Analysis: Conduct thorough reviews of medical records to identify potential issues with quality of care, medical necessity, and compliance with regulations.
  • Policy Development: Collaborate with our team to develop and implement policies and procedures to improve healthcare services and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare providers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with local, state, and federal laws and regulations, and ensure that our healthcare services comply with these requirements.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present comprehensive reports and documentation to stakeholders, including notice of findings and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in nursing, healthcare, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, with a strong background in healthcare quality and compliance.
  • Licensure: Unrestricted RN, CNP, or PA-C license to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to create clear and persuasive reports and presentations.
