Speech Language Pathologist

Seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a fully remote position. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping K-12 students with communicative, emotional, and behavioral support.
Responsibilities:- Assess students' speech and determine their educational and communicative needs.
- Develop a personalized, safe, healthy, and supportive learning environment for students on caseload.
- Promote student motivation and engagement by planning activities and implementing lesson plans to each student's abilities.
- Continuously monitor students' progress and adjust instruction and lesson plans as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with school teams, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessment and evaluation results.
- Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in Speech Language Pathology.
- Active Michigan Speech Language Pathologist Licensure (SLP-CCC).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist, with expertise in IEPs, tracking student progress, and assessing students' skills and learning requirements.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for helping students overcome behavioral and academic challenges.
- Be comfortable working remotely and have access to reliable internet and necessary computer equipment.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
