Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our team at EasyCare Recruiting. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing car deals by verifying completeness of documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our billing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify data and complete state forms to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Process new car and pre-owned registrations on our dealer's software system
  • Process pre-owned vehicle title transfers and prepare title envelopes
  • Maintain follow-up on all incoming titles and reconcile schedules for tax, title, and license payable and lien payoffs
  • Identify internal control issues and communicate them to the Accounting Manager
  • Process payoffs on trade-ins and floor plan, pull contracts, and forward to financial institutions
  • Verify Finance and Insurance (F&I) data to documents and reconcile inventory schedules as assigned
  • Process rebates and attend weekly department meetings
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma; and six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
