Operations Manager Job Summary
The Buckle, Inc. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to lead our retail store team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, including managing promotions, inventory, and visual merchandising. You will also be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Operations Manager at The Buckle, you will be responsible for:
- Managing daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory, and visual merchandising
- Developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve customer experience
- Ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a safe and clean store environment, including adhering to safety protocols and maintaining high standards of store appearance
- Collaborating with the store manager and other team members to achieve sales goals and drive business results
Requirements:
To be successful as an Operations Manager at The Buckle, you will need:
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and customers
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Salary:
The salary for this position is $18.50 - $20.25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
