We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Unit team at Mercy. As a Cardiac Care Specialist, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to adult cardiac patients, including those with CHF, vascular, and medical conditions.
- Monitor telemetry and perform ECGs as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in shift reports and communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care.
- Graduate of a state-approved professional nurse program.
- Current RN licensure with the Missouri State Board of Nursing or current RN Missouri temporary work permit.
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification.
