As a Cardiac Care Nurse at Mercy, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. With a focus on STEMI certification and Cardiac Drug Loading, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a variety of clinical areas, including telemetry monitoring, pacemaker/ICA care, and post-angiography care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a team-based environment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in cardiac care
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality by identifying and reporting potential risks and near misses

Requirements
  • Current RN licensure with Missouri State Board of Nursing or current RN Missouri temporary work permit
  • Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider card or complete a course within probationary period
  • Preferred experience: 1 year RN experience
