Modern Exterior Systems is seeking a highly motivated and experienced roofing sales professional to join our team.

About the Role

As a roofing sales professional with Modern Exterior Systems, you will be responsible for selling exterior building systems to residential and commercial property owners in Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. You will work closely with our production team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with homeowners to educate them on the claims process and serve as a liaison between customers and their insurance companies
  • Complete home inspections to verify exterior damage
  • Proactively communicate with the production team and customers to ensure industry-leading customer service
  • Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership
  • Maintain and utilize customer relationship management (CRM) and lead tracking software
Requirements
  • Experience in roofing, siding, or construction sales or door-to-door sales
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to close leads and generate new business
  • Valid and active driver's license
