We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team at Teleperformance USA.
Job Summary:
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to resolve their inquiries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Respond to requests for assistance and process payments
- Work collaboratively with a virtual team to resolve customer issues
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
Requirements:
- 6 months of customer service experience
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
