Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding promptly to guest requests and resolving issues in a friendly and effective manner
  • Troubleshooting and repairing basic maintenance, electrical, technical, HVAC, and plumbing needs in rooms/suites
  • Conducting preventative maintenance on all guest room/suite furniture, fixtures, and equipment
  • Inspecting plumbing regularly
  • Taking care of the hotel's lighting needs
  • Ensuring all appliances are working correctly
  • Complying with hotel safety prevention rules and techniques, including fire safety
