The Maintenance Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel. Key responsibilities include:
- Responding promptly to guest requests and resolving issues in a friendly and effective manner
- Troubleshooting and repairing basic maintenance, electrical, technical, HVAC, and plumbing needs in rooms/suites
- Conducting preventative maintenance on all guest room/suite furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Inspecting plumbing regularly
- Taking care of the hotel's lighting needs
- Ensuring all appliances are working correctly
- Complying with hotel safety prevention rules and techniques, including fire safety
