Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Equipment Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Rotschy Inc.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for overtime and includes a competitive compensation package, including a 401(k) matching program, PTO, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with heavy equipment and will be able to perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and make repairs as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and repairing heavy equipment, including excavators, dozers, compactors, backhoes, forklifts, and loaders.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations.
  • Troubleshooting issues and making repairs as needed.

Schedule: 10 hour shifts.

Experience: 1 year of mechanical knowledge preferred. CDL Driver's License also preferred.

Estimated annual salary: $75,000 - $100,000 based on location and experience.
