Key Responsibilities

Role Description:

Supply Chain Associate Analyst In this capacity, you will be responsible for:
  • Guiding the team to address daily operational challenges and achieve both short-term and long-term performance objectives.
  • Facilitating cross-functional communication to assist the team in resolving operational issues.
  • Inspiring team members to meet planned targets.
  • Organizing and leading team meetings (e.g., pre-shift discussions, roundtables).
  • Resolving daily operational challenges.
  • Implementing policies and practices, and initiating projects.
  • Conducting presentations and formal training sessions.
  • Enhancing team communication and engagement.
  • Thinking creatively and encouraging the team to do the same.
  • Assisting in the analysis and development of supply chain metrics and business processes.
  • Reporting findings to team members and management as necessary.
  • Supporting various components and activities throughout the project management lifecycle, including business case analysis, detailed requirements, software design/testing/deployment, and issue management.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • The anticipated salary range for this position is $64,600 - $87,000 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Factors such as role, degree discipline, degree level, and location will influence the actual starting salary.
  • Compensation for campus hires is predetermined and non-negotiable.
  • In addition to salary, PepsiCo provides a comprehensive benefits package to support employees and their families, subject to eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan. Paid time off is also available, including parental leave, vacation, sick leave, and bereavement.
Qualifications

Desired Profile:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Proven leadership capabilities.
  • Self-motivated individuals with a strong drive.
  • Excellent project management abilities.
  • Capacity to thrive in an unstructured environment and make quick trade-off decisions.
  • Able to manage large projects and time effectively without constant supervision.
  • Skilled in providing and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Ability to lead a collaborative decision-making process.
  • Demonstrated success in a results-oriented, challenging environment.
  • Experience with statistical modeling and developing reporting tools.
  • Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team-building skills.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with all organizational levels, from manufacturing staff to corporate executives.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • This position is limited to individuals with the indefinite right to work in the United States.
  • Must be completing final year of undergraduate studies.
  • Must hold a Bachelor's degree prior to the intended full-time start date.
  • Must maintain a GPA of 2.75 or higher.
