Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Project Coordination Specialist for our client in Redmond, WA. As a Project Coordination Specialist, you will be responsible for providing data management and content publication, leading cross-organization project teams towards targeted and scheduled outcomes, and partnering closely with Support Managers, program/process owners, stakeholders, and business group leads to identify business change as necessary and communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress. You will also develop, maintain, and manage program requirements, which includes creating plans, outlining timelines, problem-solving issues, risks, and challenges. Additionally, you will work with Action Management to ensure actions are uploaded and tracked to closure, and collaborate with the Services Insights team on dashboards/data packs and develop readiness material.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have strong administrative, process, and detail-oriented abilities. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and have experience managing program requirements, adhering to a strict timeline, and problem-solving challenges. You should also have project management experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders who may have conflicting agendas and business priorities. Demonstrated history of working in cross-team collaborative environments is also essential. Previous Microsoft experience with network access is required.

Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year
