About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Vida Integrated Health - Kirkland. As a key member of our front desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, greeting them warmly and assisting with check-ins, scheduling appointments, and addressing any inquiries they may have. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will be essential in this role.

Our ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

We offer a competitive salary of $20-$22 per hour, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including comprehensive insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist patients in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Manage patient check-ins and schedule appointments both in person and over the phone
  • Answer phones and make calls to ensure seamless communication with patients and staff
  • Collect payments, copays, and deductibles, and address any inquiries related to previous balances
  • Provide clear explanations of insurance coverage to patients and ensure they understand their options
  • Create and organize new records, files, and ensure proper record maintenance
  • Support the team by assisting with various projects, administrative tasks, and other clinic duties as required
  • Keep the front area neat and tidy at all times

Requirements:

Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, including answering phones, scheduling patients, and responding to internal messagesMust demonstrate strong attention to detail in a fast-paced work environmentShould be able to work independently and collaboratively, follow oral and written instructions effectively, and adapt quicklyExcellent customer service skills, verbal communication, and professionalism are essentialProficiency in computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Teams, is requiredCapable of lifting up to 15 pounds for tasks such as taking out trash and handling the shred containerPrevious experience in a fast-paced administrative role is a plus
