Fitness Ambassador

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Ambassador. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our brand values.

• Greet and engage with members, providing a warm and welcoming environment
• Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, showcasing the benefits of our unique fitness experience
• Work at the front desk, handling phone calls, member inquiries, and other tasks
• Provide studio tours, highlighting the features and amenities of our facility
• Collaborate with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout
• Sell memberships, promoting our brand and services to potential clients
• Follow up with prospective clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding process
• Address member concerns in a professional and objective manner, resolving issues efficiently
• Participate in marketing and outreach events, representing our brand and values
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring a safe and healthy space for members
