Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare event spaces for guests, including setting up seating areas and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment
  • Welcome guests with a smile and provide helpful assistance with ticket scanning, seating, and other event-related needs
  • Monitor event spaces for potential hazards and report any issues to supervisors
  • Assist guests with locating restrooms, concessions, and other amenities
  • Enforce building policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for all guests
  • Manage foot traffic flow and ensure the smooth operation of events
  • Check identification for age verification and enforce venue policies
  • Assist in emergency situations and ensure the safety of all guests and performers
Requirements
  • Experience in a hospitality or entertainment environment is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with diverse groups of people
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
