POSITION SUMMARY:

Support nursing staff in observing patient cardiac rhythms and promptly report any alterations. Collaborate with Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure comprehensive patient care throughout their hospital stay.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Successful completion of a basic dysrhythmia examination with a minimum score of 90%
  • At least one year of experience in a critical care environment
  • CNA certification is advantageous
  • ACLS and PALS certifications are preferred

SKILLS:

  • Understanding of Medical Terminology
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Proficient keyboarding skills
  • Ability to foster and maintain positive relationships with healthcare team members
